How do I tell you what elements to use to personalize the letters?
For custom letters, you can send me a list of themes, and I will create small illustrations to personalize the letters; cats, flowers, if they like to cook, if they are a nurse... whatever :)
When will I receive my order?
It will depend on the assignment, but approximately 1 week
How do I send you the photo for a portrait?
You can send the photos you need by mail.
Can I personalize my print with a phrase, name, or dates?
Of course, you can customize your print however you like at no additional cost :)
